Alarm.com is the cellular connection that powers our mobile app, allowing you to arm or disarm your system, open your garage door, turn off lights, lock your doors, and more all from your smartphone, tablet or computer.
How do I get in touch with SOS Security?
If you call during normal business hours, you will talk to a real person, right here in Canfield, Ohio — NOT an answering machine or someone from across the country. What is a dedicated cellular connection?
A dedicated cellular connection offers 24-hour protection, provides alarm verification, defeats common vulnerabilities and provides a reliable and secure connection.
What happens if my alarm goes off in the middle of the night?
We have 24/7 U.L. central monitoring, meaning whenever your alarm goes off, the proper authorities will be sent to your home or business.
How will I know if something happened on my property?

A variety of sensors can alert you if a door is opened, there was motion outside of your home, shock sensors if window glass is shattered and more. Can I have multiple locks and access codes?
Yes! Each person (family member, employee, etc.) can have their own access code! Easily track who set the alarm last — and when.
What if I have multiple homes or locations?
Easily monitor security systems at multiple sites all from your device! You can view live streaming video from multiple cameras, even from multiple buildings, all on one screen.
Can I bring my security system with me if I move?
Moving is no problem! As a GE Security Pro Dealer, we have partners all over the country. Simply reinstall your system in your new home and a certified GE Security Pro Dealer can switch your system.
